The trial belongs to the domain, not to the business, so a company running two domains gets a trial on each. It is the full product, not a cut-down version. When it ends, nothing is deleted: mail keeps arriving for a further week, and your archive stays available to download for months after that.

The things people ask first.

Do all my addresses have to be the same size?

No, and most businesses find they should not be. Storage is chosen for each address when you buy it, so the sales inbox can hold 50 GB while the store room holds 1 GB. You are not sizing one allowance for the whole business and paying for the largest inbox many times over.

Does everything renew on the same day?

No. Each address carries its own term and its own renewal date, set when you bought it. An address bought in February on 12 months renews next February; one bought in August on a single month renews in September. Every address gets its own line on the invoice, showing the room it holds and what it cost.

What happens when a mailbox fills up?

You are warned at 80% and again at 90%. At 100% new mail soft-fails: the sending server is asked to try again later rather than told the address does not exist, so the message waits and is delivered once you make room. Nothing already in the mailbox is touched, and you can add a GB to that address in a few seconds, charged for the days left in its own term.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Starting the trial needs a domain you control and an email address to reach you on. No payment details are asked for and nothing is charged. The trial is granted per domain: 1 mailbox, 1 GB, 30 days, so a business bringing two domains gets two trials.

What happens at the end of a trial?

Nothing is deleted. On day 30 sending is blocked and a banner appears, but mail keeps arriving for another week. After that new mail is refused and webmail becomes read only, with your archive available to download. The first permanent deletion happens months later, after two notices and an export window. Buying the address at any point before that restores everything in one step, and it keeps the mail it already holds.

Is GST included in the prices?

No. ₹10 per address and ₹10 per GB are the prices before tax. GST at 18% is added at checkout: CGST and SGST at 9% each if your business is registered in Karnataka, IGST at 18% everywhere else in India. Both appear as separate lines on your invoice, which carries your GSTIN.
